On to Bariloche! Hayley and I left the Parents to fly home on
their own and we headed out to Bariloche on the Via Bariloche bus. We left
early in the morning and slept on the bus so that we could maximize our time
there. The bus was comfy enough for Hay, and we enjoyed the gorgeous scenery on
the drive from Neuquen to Bariloche. We arrived and went to the hotel where
they let us check in early. The hotel was SO NICE! It had a jaccuzi in the room
and was very spacious and clean and good looking. We overlooked the lake from
our room. It was a great find for us! We went on down to Centro to buy a bus
card and get our bottled water. We had fun walking around through all of the
shops and seeing the touristy things of centro, and even had a guide dog to follow us around! We ate some yummy empanadas,
and continued roaming for a while. We had to try some famous Bariloche
chocolate and go inside of their Cathedral—very neat place. We headed home and
ordered some delivery Mexican food that actually was very good. We enjoyed the
sunset from the Jacuzzi and were off to a very good start in Bariloche.
